About Chimera Entertainment

Chimera Entertainment is a creative and independent development studio for digital entertainment software in Munich. The company was founded in 2006 with the support of the production house remote control productions. In addition to developing its own IPs, Chimera Entertainment implements work for hire, from conception to completion. Gameplay and creative imagination are always in the foreground. In 2007 the Munich based studio won the LARA Start Up Award from The Bavarian State Ministry and in 2008 they received the jury’s sponsorship award, part of The German Development Prize.

Chimera Entertainment's debut title "Windchaser" (PC) was published in May 2008, and was praised by the national press primarily for its innovative and sophisticated game design. The studio is working with a professionally structured, compact and flexible team, and is experienced in the use of different middleware technologies. Chimera Entertainment is an official developer for Nintendo DS and Wii, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation. The studio is currently working on different projects for PC, handheld and console.
